Will and his wife, Monica, along with their daughter and two dogs live in Dallas, Texas near White Rock Lake. Will and Monica are both graduates of Abilene Christian University, where Will earned his Masters of Accountancy in 2010

Will began his career in Public Accounting, where he also earned his Certified Public Accountant certification (inactive, Texas). After a very short stint in a corporate finance and accounting group, Will spent a decade in consulting focusing on the Office of the CFO before joining a previous client (GameStop) as Head of Global Financial Planning & Analysis
